Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

* Wait time rate: For roundtrips that require over 15 minutes of wait time: Ambulatory trips with drop-off locations over 14.4 miles from Charlotte, a wait time rate of $15.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments, and for Wheelchair trips with drop-off locations over 13.7 miles from Charlotte, a wait time rate of $25.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments is applicable in addition. No shows and cancellations without notice are billed $19.00.
** Surcharge rate: For each mile from our office to your pickup address over 14.4 miles for ambulatory trips, a $1.00 per mile surcharge applies, and for each mile from our office to your pickup address over 13.7 miles for wheelchair trips, a $2.00 per mile surcharge applies.
